The boss column is densely designed with a height of 60mm. The core has large holding force, dense buckle arrangement and small demoulding space.

Boss column is pushed out by ejector sleeve, and crater shrink proof structure is designed at the root to prevent shrinkage mark on the skin surface of the product. lifter structure is optimized in limited space, and universal slider is used for lifter to reduce the force on lifter and increase the reliability of demoulding structure.

Combined with CAE analysis, reasonable gate layout, we adopted universal slider with banana gate and automatic breaking handle, to reduce manual participation, using automation equipment with robot,to improve efficiency.
