Mold features:
1. The product is an appearance part, and the wall thickness of the product is 2mm. When designing the ejector, the ejector pin is considered, so the ejector block is designed to be ejected.
2. The integral hot runner of the 5-point sequence valve ensures the filling quality of the product, especially the weld line at the product mesh, which cannot run to the large surface. Therefore, special attention should be paid to this problem during mold flow analysis.
